How are we different from other escape room providers?
Our games were developed especially for children and offer three different difficulty levels.
This allows children of different ages to enjoy the adventure.
- 8-10 years - easy version with more hints
- 11-13 years - medium difficulty
- 14-16 years - adult version
The difficulty level is always set by the game master immediately before the game starts.

Who is the live role-playing game for?
Especially for children aged 8 and above, teenagers and families.
How many children can play?
Our games are designed for groups of 5 to 9 children. For larger groups, we recommend splitting the children into several teams and playing different tracks.
How can I book a game?
You can only book online.
Can adults join the game?
Children do not need an accompanying adult. The games are designed so that children can solve them independently, and we support them during the game. If a child is nervous or shy, we may recommend an accompanying person who can join without an extra fee.
If one or more adults want to play with the children, they can join up to the maximum number of players for an extra fee.
Why is there a 30-minute break between games?
There is a 30-minute break between each game or party. During this time, the players leave the rooms, talk about their experience and say goodbye. We then prepare the game for the next group.
What should the children do while waiting for the party room?
There are two options:
1. If the party room was occupied before your party, we need to prepare and disinfect it. This takes about 10-15 minutes, and the children can wait in the waiting area.
2. If the party room was free before your party, the children can go there immediately after the game.
In which language are the games?
Our escape rooms can be played in German or English.
What clothes are recommended for the game?
Children can wear normal, comfortable clothes.
What is the difference between the family version and the kids-only version?
The kids version is a little easier.
Can 1 or 2 children join spontaneously?
It may happen that 1 or 2 children would like to join. In general, we recommend our games for 5-8 children and Free the Monkey for 5-9 children.
How can I cancel a reserved appointment?
This depends on the package you booked.
- Standard: cancellation or rebooking is not possible and there is no refund.
- Flexible: one free rebooking is possible 72 hours before the original appointment. There is no refund.
- Premium: cancellation or one rebooking is possible 72 hours before the original appointment. In case of cancellation, we cannot refund the fee.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive exactly 10 minutes before the game starts so that we can explain everything and start on time.
Can we prepare the party room while the children solve the puzzle?
There are two options:
1. If the party room was occupied before your party, unfortunately you cannot enter it yet.
2. If the party room was free before your party, you can of course prepare it while the children are playing. TIP: if you book the first game, you will usually have enough time for preparation.
Can we play music in the party room?
Yes, of course. You only need a phone, and we can provide the sound system.
How long can we use the party room?
A valid completed booking includes one hour in the party room after the game. Exception: if you have arranged it with us in advance and book the room for several hours, the 30-minute breaks are not counted.
